Newly renovated older house with two identical modern apartments, each with three rooms, kitchen and large furnished hallway. The two bedrooms each have two beds and possibility of extra beds for children, perfect for two families who wants to spend their holiday together, and of course you can only rent one of the apartments. The house is situated on a large farm (Winäs, Edsbruk) in a picturesque setting between two lakes in the north of Kalmar. Child-friendly bathing area with sandy beach is also nearby (1 km) you can reach it by road or by boat. Weekly rent of a rowing boat with family fishing license in both lakes, 1200SEK. Rent an entire week or weekend, contact us for price and availability.
Electricity from May-August is in the price included. From September- April electricity will be added by 400sek/ week. Check out is Saturdays unless agreed otherwise in advance. All houses are non-smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Garbage should be sorted for recycling. Please bring your own bed linen, however this can be rented if required. The house has a folder with suggestions for both rainy and sunny day activities. Less than an hour by car is Astrid Lindgren's World (www.astridlindgrensworld.com), Kolmården Zoo (www.kolmarden.com), shopping in Linköping and much more. You can also see the Premier Division football in Åtvidaberg, (www.atvidabergsff.se). Close proximity to local services and restaurants. In winter you can enjoy ice skating at Åsunden (www.isbanan.se), or why not go skiing with family and friends in Tolvmannabacken, a distance of about 10 km (www.tolvmannabacken.se). The house is about 2.5 hours from Stockholm and a 3.5 hour drive from Gothenburg.

Rimpact offer hihquality fishing in some of Swedens best lakes for pike, pike- perch and perch. Accomodations near the lakes. Boats and other equipment adapted for your need as an angler. Vi also provide a mobility to move boats to different lakes and give the guest a possibility to try other lakes in one stay. By Rimpact you can also rent sonars and other equipment.
All our fishing shall be in the principe of " catch and release". You may only keep some fish for daily consumption in accordance with rules for approved lengths to keep.
